Administration Fees and Payments

Administration Fee: An administration fee of £20 is to be paid at the time of submitting the application form. Further details regarding any additional professional charges will be provided to successful candidates through email.

Delegate’s Sash and Title: The delegate’s sash will be ordered, and the delegate’s titles will be made official after the payment has been received in full.

Payment Deadlines: All deadlines for payments are final.

Payment Methods: All payments made to Miss Indian Queen UK, Mrs. India Queen UK, and Little Prince & Princess UK are to be made via bank transfer or Card payment link. We do not accept PayPal, Cheques, or payment over the phone. All card payments are subject to a 2% charge.

Refund Policy: All fees paid to Miss Indian Queen UK, Mrs. India Queen UK, and Little Prince & Princess UK are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, pageant admission ticket sales fees, and any other fees paid to Miss Indian Queen UK, Mrs. India Queen UK, and Little Prince & Princess UK by anyone including, but not limited to, delegates, sponsors, and advertisers. By submitting the deposit and/or the full fee, you are agreeing to all terms, conditions, and policies set forth by the respective pageant systems.

Travel: Delegates make their own travel arrangements. Miss Indian Queen UK, Mrs. India Queen UK, and Little Prince & Princess UK are not responsible for arranging travel or intervening/resolving disputes involving travel to the pageant competition.

Data: I understand that Miss Indian Queen UK, Mrs. India Queen UK, and Little Prince & Princess UK will hold my personal data provided on the application form for personal use only. This information will only be shared with sponsors if deemed necessary. Personal information will not be given to any 3rd parties.

Hotel: Delegates and their families must make their own hotel reservations. Suggestions for hotels close to the venue can be given on request.

Agreement: Miss Indian Queen UK, Mrs. India Queen UK, and Little Prince & Princess UK entrants agree to abide by the above rules. If an entrant fails to abide by the above rules and/or brings Miss Indian Queen UK, Mrs. India Queen UK, Little Prince & Princess UK and their respective organizations into disrepute, for which a decision will be made at the Director’s discretion, the Miss Indian Queen UK Director, Mrs. India Queen UK Director, Little Prince & Princess UK Director, and/or their organizations have the right to terminate the entrant’s contract immediately, reclaim the entrant’s sash, and authorize the deletion of all photos containing the respective sashes & crowns.

By submitting the entry form and fee(s) to Miss Indian Queen UK, Mrs. India Queen UK, or Little Prince & Princess UK Pageant, delegate agrees to abide by all policies, rules, and regulations set forth by the respective pageant organizations.

I agree to the above terms and conditions and agree to abide by all policies, rules, and regulations set forth by Miss Indian Queen UK, Mrs. India Queen UK, and Little Prince & Princess UK. I confirm that all information submitted is true and accurate. Falsification of information and failure to comply with the policies of the respective pageant organizations may result in immediate disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won without benefit of refund in full or in part.
